The site was very useful as it clearly highlights the certifications that the organization offers for the allied health care professionals. Three things learnt from the site is first the organization offers pharmacy technician (PT) certification, the EKG technician certificate (CET) and Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) certification. Secondly, the organization provides training to health professionals and thirdly, the organization emphasizes on the value of certification based on the understanding that, “certification is more than just a piece of paper-it shows commitment to your career, personal growth and patient care”. The area of profession that I would like to learn more about is Electronic Health Records Specialist.
